Concentrix asked MadebyMint with their help on designing the latest version of renewals manager a global platform with close to 75 000 users. The challenge was to convince those customers and indeed the company that a new system needed to be structurally changed in order to get the best user experience.
My role was to facilitate the design process. Including initial strategy, user flows and wire frames. Communicating with the BA teams and developers to ask the right questions, right through to the visual design and front end prototyping of the product.
