01. Mobile App

Tweak

02. The challenge

Tweak needed to design a mobile app, specifically for ipad. Based on their existing flash system. The designs had to be based on bootstraps framework with the final outcome including a style guide for future development.

03. My role

My role was to create an environment that would allow all of the existing flash capabilities to be done using touch, pinch and drag.

Renewals Manager

02. The challenge

Concentrix asked MadebyMint with their help on designing the latest version of renewals manager a global platform with close to 75 000 users. The challenge was to convince those customers and indeed the company that a new system needed to be structurally changed in order to get the best user experience.

03. My role

My role was to facilitate the design process. Including initial strategy, user flows and wire frames. Communicating with the BA teams and developers to ask the right questions, right through to the visual design and front end prototyping of the product.

01. Creative Concept

Usedcarsni

02. The challenge

Usedcarsni wanted a fresh set of eyes on their very successful car sales website, www.usedcarsni.com. Looking at user data from several months (via the talented Mr @acf6t) to come up with a creative visual that met any existing problems and helped the overall customer experience in just two days.

03. My role

The data pointed to a rabbit hole, once users searched for a car they got stuck on a path. Seven interactions later and the user leaves the site with no way of tracking if they had been successful or not.

The challenge was to shift this very linear user experience into something much more horizontal. Allowing users to search for multiple cars, constantly changing their search parameters throughout their browsing experience.
